Ways to Give

Give Stock & Securities

A tax-smart way to support KOYJAI's humanitarian and advocacy programs.

Why give appreciated stock?

Giving stock, mutual fund shares, or other securities that have grown in value may offer tax advantages compared to giving cash — for example, potentially avoiding capital gains tax on the appreciation while still supporting KOYJAI’s work.

KOYJAI does not provide tax advice. Please consult a qualified tax professional or financial advisor about how a gift of securities would apply to your specific situation before you initiate a transfer.

About our 501(c)(3) status

KOYJAI’s 501(c)(3) tax-exempt determination is currently pending with the IRS. If approved, contribution deductibility may apply retroactively to our formation date. We will provide a receipt for your gift either way — please keep it for your records and consult your tax professional about deductibility for the tax year of your gift.
